Suggested Use

Re-Lyte is designed to replace essential electrolytes and trace minerals using Real Salt. The standard suggested use is to mix one level scoop of powder with 16 to 32 oz of cold water, or swallow capsules with plenty of water. Mix the powder thoroughly, as natural ingredients may settle.
