Cut butter into cubes and add to a medium sized bowl
Add flour, baking powder and salt
Use a pastry cutter to roughly mix
Add milk and mix thoroughly with spoon. Dough should be thick and fluffy, but not dry.
Butter 2 9×13 glass casserole dishes and drop the dough out evenly (6 per pan). I like to use a spatula and a knife or you can use a spoon and your fingers!
Place in hot oven and bake for 15-20 mins or until bottoms are golden brown
