Here are some FAQ – frequently asked questions – by our customers. If you have a questions, please feel free to contact us!
How do you ship orders?
We primarily ship through USPS and occasionally thru UPS, which ever carrier will save you money! Once we have created a shipping label, you will receive an email from Rosy Hill Organics with tracking information. If you cannot find your tracking number, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to provide that for you or you can use our Order Tracking System to locate your order.
How do I track my order?
We ship primarily through the United States Postal Service (USPS). You should receive an email with your tracking information, but you can also check tracking on our website using our Order Tracking System. You will need your order number and your email address in order to locate your tracking information.
What if I did not receive my order?
We insure all of our orders. If you do not receive your order by the date listed on your tracking, please contact us at info@rosyhillorganics.com and we will be happy to file an investigation with our shipping agent. They take up to 7 business days to locate your package and if they are not able to find it, we will resend your order to you as soon as possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@rosyhillorganics.com or by replying to your order email. Please include photos of the damaged box and/or product, as well as the shipping label. Also, explanation of the issue.
We will 100% replace any damaged or missing products as quickly as possible. When the replacement order/product is sent, we will send you a new tracking number.
I entered the wrong shipping address or purchased the wrong item - help!
No problem! Send us an email or call us as soon as possible and we’d be more than happy to make a correction.
Unfortunately, if we have already shipped the order, we won’t be able to make any changes to the order or shipping address.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes! We ship around the world. If you do not see your country available, contact us.
We do not cover duties, taxes or any other fees your countries may add on. Please check with your government laws before ordering.
Do you offer Coupon, PROMO, or Discount Codes?
Occasionally we hold a sale, typically around holidays. We offer a discount when you buy a Collection. Additionally, we do our best to keep out prices 30-50% below our competitors while keeping our quality at or above others. We also charge at-cost shipping prices.
At this time we do not offer any additional discounts or codes to new or existing customers.
Ways to Save: We ship through USPS and currently for domestic orders, once an order gets to 2lbs shipping weight, shipping stays flat until you reach 20lbs. So the more you order, the cheaper shipping is. Combine orders with a friend, neighbor or family member that lives near you.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us (info@rosyhillorganics.com) immediately so we can file a claim with our shipping partner. We will replace any items damaged free of charge. If there is an issue with any products, please contact us ASAP.

Where do you source oils from?
We responsible source our organic oils and essential oils and test for quality, smell and color before use. We never source oils grown or manufactured in China. All of our oils are organic, cold pressed, and solvent-free/hexane-free. We source from the following companies in 2024:
- Fatworks
- Mountain Rose Herb
- Essential Natural Oils
- Kirkland Signature
Are all oils and creams packaged glass?
Yes! All of our personal care oil and cream products products are packaged in glass, with the exception of:
- Lip Balms
- Tallow Lotion Sticks
- Deodorant sticks
- Frankincense Resin Extract Powder
Why are tallow products not offered for shipping in the summer?
Tallow starts to melt between 85-95 degrees. Our tallow creams will melt at a lower temperature since they have a small amount of carrier oil in them. We don’t want to chance any of our tallow products melting in transit and only offer them for pick up between June – September. Thank you for understanding!
Can I use HRT or Hormonal Birth Control or USP Grade Progesterone with Wild Yam Cream?
No. We do not recommend any type of HRT, Hormonal Birth Control, or USP Grade Progesterone while using Wild Yam Cream. Once you have stopped using other products, you may begin using Wild Yam Cream.
Can I use Wild Yam Cream while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. Please discontinue use of Wild Yam Cream once you have missed your period or received a positive pregnancy test.
Are your face serums safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Yes. All of the ingredients are safe to use. There is less than 19g of castor oil in each bottle. Our recommended dosage of 1/4 of a dropper or .5g for each application contains less than .15g of castor.
Can I use castor oil while menstruating, breastfeeding or pregnancy?
No – not directly. Castor Oil diluted is fine to use. It should be diluted no less than 50% – 2:1 ratio or higher. Do not use castor on the abdomen (including packs) for detox or to alleviate cramps or constipation during pregnancy or while breastfeeding or during the week of menstruation.
