Directions:

• Oven/Toaster Oven: To heat it safely, place the bag in a glass baking dish with a separate, oven-safe dish of water to add moisture, and bake at around 250°F for approximately 15 minutes, being careful not to leave it unattended. 
• Microwave: Place in microwave for 15 second intervals til the rice bag reaches desired temperature.
• Freezer: For a cool pack, place in freezer for 1-2 hours.
