Refund Policy

At Rosy Hill Organics, we fully stand by our products for the highest of quality and freshness. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you experience an issue with damage to your order during shipping, please read below for more info.

Damaged Items

If you find an issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) to let us know what is wrong. In order to exchange your damaged item:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must also be in the original packaging
  • Please include photos of damage and a detailed description
  • Shipping is non-refundable.

Processing Time

We ship orders out the same business day or the next business day. We are closed Sundays. You will receive a USPS tracking number from Rosy Hill Organics (info@rosyhillorganics.com) once your order has been shipped out. Please check your spam folder for your invoice and/or the tracking info.

Estimated Shipping Time

3 – 7 business days within the US. 1-2 business days for local delivery. 10-30 days for international.
