We are so excited to now offer our delicious farm fresh organic eggs to our local community. These beauties come fresh (harvested 1-3 days before pickup) and unwashed. Have you ever had an unwashed egg? They are pretty amazing – so amazing, you can leave them on your counter! They remain delicious to eat up to 4 weeks on the counter or up to 4 months in refrigerator.
To use an unwashed egg, simply run it under warm water, using your hands to rub off the invisible membrane. Once the egg does not feel slippery anymore, set it on a towel to dry. They are ready to use immediately. So simple!
