All products sold through this Site, including produce, eggs, and feed, are available for in-person pickup only. We do not ship any items.
After placing an order, you will be contacted via email and/or SMS text message to schedule a pickup appointment.
All orders must be paid in full before pickup. Orders will not be released until payment has been received and confirmed.
By placing an order, you agree to receive communication regarding your order and pickup via email and/or SMS.
Produce must be picked up on the date listed on the Produce Page. Eggs must be picked up on the date and time selected at checkout or during reservation.
We are unable to hold orders beyond the scheduled pickup time.
Orders not picked up as scheduled will be canceled and no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place to ensure freshness and fairness for all customers.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
No refunds will be issued for missed pickup appointments.
Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days. Many orders are prepared sooner, but timing may vary due to high order volume, holidays, weather, or other unforeseen delays.
We are closed on Sundays.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a pickup scheduling message via email and SMS text message (if a phone number is provided at checkout).
By completing checkout and/or visiting our property for order pickup, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering private property at your own risk.
You voluntarily assume all risk of injury, accident, illness, death, or property damage that may occur to you or any person accompanying you while on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, risks occurring during arrival, parking, walking areas, loading products, and departure.
You agree that Rosy Hill Organics LLC, including its owners, employees, contractors, agents, Nathan Abplanalp, and Rachel Abplanalp, shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or incident occurring on the property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You further agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Rosy Hill Organics LLC and all associated individuals from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or legal actions arising from your presence on the property or participation in order pickup.
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any guests accompanying you.
