We DO NOT ship produce, eggs OR feed.
Produce must be picked up on the date listed on the Produce Page, and eggs must be picked up at the date and time selected during your Egg Reservation. We are unable to hold produce or egg orders beyond the scheduled time.
If orders are not picked up as scheduled, they will be canceled and no refunds will be issued. Please note that we maintain a strict pickup policy to ensure freshness and fairness for all customers.
At Rosy Hill Organics, we fully stand by our products for the highest of quality and freshness. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We do not refund for missed produce or egg appointments. Please kindly show up on time.
We prepare orders the same business day or the next business day. We are closed Sundays. You will receive an invoice from Rosy Hill Organics (info@rosyhillorganics.com). Please check your spam folder for your invoice.
When checking out, you agree to assume all risk of accidents, personal injury, death and property loss or damage sustained or incurred as a result of your presence and anyone you include within the pick up appointment at the Property, including, but not limited to, your time on premise to pick up your order, including those caused as a result of negligence on the part of the Nathan and/or Rachel Abplanalp. You further agree to release, discharge, waive, indemnify and hold harmless from and against all liabilities, actions, causes of actions, suits, damages, losses, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, including legal fees and disbursements, which you, any company or business entity that you represent, or your heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, or assigns may now or hereafter have against any of the entities listed above, for any personal injury, death or property damage.
