Ingredients
15 organic dates, pitted (buy with pits)
1 cup of
organic dry roasted peanuts
(no salt)
1/4 tsp Redmonds Salt or Celtic Sea Salt
1/2 tsp organic vanilla (optional)
Directions
In a food processor, add all ingredients
Pulse a few times to start, then switch to high speed until mixture forms a dough (it will start to clump together). This takes less than 3 minutes.
In a bread loaf pan, press dough until evenly distributed. Cover with a cover or parchment.
Place in fridge or freezer for 2 hours.
Enjoy!!! Store in fridge in an airtight container.
