Take 1–2 capsules daily with a full glass of warm water, preferably with food.
Begin with 1 capsule per day for the first few days to assess tolerance, as this formula is highly concentrated. If desired, a second capsule may be taken with dinner and a full glass of warm (not cold or hot) water.
Can’t swallow a capsule?
If you cannot swallow a capsule, you can break capsule open and mix with honey or applesauce. Do not mix with water – it will not dissolve. Follow this with a warm glass of water.
